TL;DR
Alcohol at Egyptian all-inclusive resorts is generally decent (Heineken, original Baileys, brut sparkling wine), but food quality is often a weak point — dishes can arrive cold or stale.
In January, food was adequate with enough variety. Alcohol stood out positively: brut sparkling wine, Heineken beer, original Baileys, and cocktails like Porn Star. Bottles were opened in front of guests.
In April, alcohol was a highlight — wine and beer bottles were opened tableside with no limits. Bartenders were lively and received $20 in tips. Food was the weak spot: soup arrived nearly empty, fish and shrimp were cold and seemed old, fries were dry. Despite this, guests felt the trip was good value for money.
The hotel is new and stylish, with food and drinks at an acceptable level. Downsides include weak entertainment and a small resort territory.
