Rooms near the construction site are not noticeably noisy — work proceeds slowly. The main downside is dust on the balcony, though it's unclear whether it's from construction or just infrequent cleaning.

It's worth inspecting the room upon check-in — for example, a balcony window handle may be broken and tucked under the curtain. It's unclear if this was pre-existing damage. Rooms are checked at checkout, so it's best to report any defects immediately upon arrival.
