TL;DR
ATMs are often available inside hotel grounds, just outside the entrance, or in nearby shopping buildings. One recent report mentioned a rate of about EGP 50 per US$1 at an ATM; check your card’s withdrawal fees in advance.
Look for ATMs both inside the hotel and immediately outside its grounds. One traveler was able to withdraw using UniCredit and Rosselkhozbank cards, but reported being charged two separate fees.
A traveler exchanged US dollars at an ATM to the right of the hotel exit, near Sultan Garden. It was the third and furthest ATM from the hotel, with a reported rate of about US$1 = EGP 50.
For an all-inclusive holiday, keep some US-dollar cash for excursions, souvenirs, and small family expenses. Before travelling, confirm whether your foreign bank card can be used in Egyptian ATMs.
An ATM is available at Gomla Market. Another reported option is on the first floor of the Cleopatra Bazaar building, to the left of the hotel.
It may be inconvenient to spend leftover Egyptian pounds before departure. Withdraw or exchange smaller amounts, especially when most holiday costs are already covered by an all-inclusive stay.
A traveler found ATMs in the patio areas of two Egyptian hotels. Check your hotel grounds first after arrival before going out to look for an ATM.
