Where can you spot Napoleon wrasse (Napoleon fish) while snorkeling in Egypt's Red Sea?

A large Napoleon wrasse was spotted near the club pier (the same day a grouper, well camouflaged among corals, was also seen for the first time).

Near the Baron pontoon, snorkelers have so far only spotted a small Napoleon wrasse, to the left of the pontoon. The tip is to swim right toward the pier on wooden piles and look along the reef edge rather than into open depth.

One traveler spotted a Napoleon wrasse on all 10 days of their trip: most often near the buoys and in the reef 'labyrinth' sections, though usually at a distance rather than up close.

A Napoleon wrasse was spotted all day while snorkeling and diving near a cape by the Sunrise resort — it literally followed the swimmer from the cape to the resort's beach.
