TL;DR
Family rooms are the top pick for families. Request one at check-in — sometimes upgraded for free if available. Building 3 is most requested, but buildings 1, 5, and 6 are alternatives.
At check-in, building 3 family rooms were fully booked. Buildings 1, 5, and 6 were offered as alternatives. Building 5 room turned out to be adjoining (2 rooms) but quite small, located on the 2nd floor.
A family room upgrade was obtained at no extra cost at check-in with a friendly attitude and a small gift for the receptionist. Slippers were missing but delivered almost immediately after calling reception — robes were also brought without being asked. Family rooms include an iron.
Air conditioning in one room stopped working — only the fan functioned. Reported to reception, a technician came, inspected, and promised to return in 5 minutes but never did. The issue remained unresolved after two days.
