TL;DR
Corner rooms in building 5 facing building 4 offer sea views through the pool and are quiet. Building 4 ground floor can smell of old plastic — higher floors give river and island views.
Guests booking a Single Superior Room with side sea view should note ongoing reconstruction near the small pool (tile removal) causing daytime noise. Barely audible inside the room, but very loud on the terrace.
A studio room with balcony (approx. 60 sqm by feel) has windows facing the bay, not the beach.
For a main pool view, choose Deluxe rooms in building 2 — the sea is visible from almost all rooms there.
Corner rooms in building 5 on the side facing building 4 offer a great view over the pool to the sea, with a quiet atmosphere and the reception desk just steps away.
Booking a 'sea view' room doesn't guarantee quality — you may get a third-floor sea and pool view but no hot water and a smaller balcony than expected.
Building 4 ground floor has an old plastic smell and overlooks a river and playground. Rooms from 6000 (local currency) offer river and island views, with the second room facing the opposite side. All rooms have a shaded balcony. A small boat takes guests to the beach.
