Shopping near Seagull Hotel on Sheraton Road in Hurghada: where can you buy alcohol and is there a fixed-price store nearby?

The nearest option with a wide selection and the lowest prices, according to a participant in late August 2026, is Roma, about a five-minute walk from the hotel. It is not a shop but a café that sells alcohol. In late September guests asked whether Roma would be open by 20 October, as a possible renovation had been mentioned, so check before you go.

About the Karkusha shop on Sheraton Road (on maps, near McDonald's), in August 2026 a guest wrote that it is essentially a second-hand shop. Another participant replied that it is rarely recommended and is no longer what it was 15–20 years ago.

Guests went to Mango Market by shuttle: in July 2026 they wrote that a transfer is available, and in mid-August someone invited others to join a free transfer at 20:00. Check the departure time in advance.

If you need a mall, in July 2026 participants suggested starting with Hurghada City Center — nearby, according to one of them, with a Carrefour supermarket inside. On the ground floor, closer to the supermarket on the left side, a perfume shop was praised. For the nearest El Ezaby pharmacy they suggested checking Google Maps, and for bags — if the mall has nothing — Sheraton Road.

Another option that participants in July 2026 said was worth the walk is Aten, a small shop near the hotel: a wide selection, and they can mix a drink to your taste. The sellers speak neither English nor Russian, so a translation app on your phone helps. Landmarks guests described: an Aten sign on the side of the building, with a kiosk and two soft-drink fridges below it.
