The resort has a small promenade with shops to the left of the hotels, followed by a mall a bit further along. Even further is Il Mercato, a pedestrian street with limited shopping but home to a Russian pharmacy and the Fares restaurant.

For proper shopping, go to Hurghada: Senzo Mall, Hurghada Mall, and the fish market are the main options. Tour operators sometimes offer a city sightseeing tour for around $5 — useful for getting around, but avoid buying anything at Nefertiti shop or the pharmacies on the tour route as prices are inflated.

Within Sahl Hasheesh itself, shops are only found near Amarina and opposite Sevenesis. Pharmacies on the resort are expensive and poorly staffed. For proper malls, you need to travel to Hurghada.
