TL;DR
Stroller access is tricky: beach approaches are flat stone then sand, and escalators between buildings require some skill to navigate with a pram.
From the bus drop-off point to the entrance of the 5-star building takes about 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace, then another 2-3 minutes through the grounds to reach the beach.
The distance from the hotel exit to the beach is about 500 meters. Walking down to the beach takes about 5 minutes, while the uphill walk back takes a bit longer.
During high tide (roughly from lunchtime until evening) the water near the shore rises to about waist height, so you can walk on the sand and get your feet wet instead of relying on the pontoon.
On the left side of the beach, just before the buoys, there's a cleared sandy path leading to deep water — about 950 steps on soft sand, walkable barefoot.
The water near the shore is very shallow — knee-deep or less — and reaching adequate depth requires a long walk along the pier.
The path to the beach from the main buildings is flat stone followed by sand, which makes lightweight strollers difficult to push. Escalators connect the pool level to the restaurant and lobby, but using them with a pram requires practice. Overall, the resort is not particularly stroller-friendly.
Arriving at the beach around 8–8:30 AM usually means you can still find a spot in the second row; front-row spots are rarely available. The area near the boat pier tends to be less crowded.
Swimming along the shore to the far beaches beyond the cape takes about 1.5 hours round trip without fins — less than 1 km each way. The main downside is boat traffic nearby, which can feel unsettling.
