TL;DR
Local beer at all-inclusive bars is usually light and standard (Sakara, Stella, Luxor) — hard to get drunk unless you drink a lot, but older bartenders tend to pour generously in cocktails. Don't expect it to taste like imported brands.
The beer at the hotel bar is decent and light — hard to actually get drunk unless you drink a lot, taste is fairly standard. The bar near reception is a good bet, especially if you get an older bartender who pours generously in cocktails.
Dinner buffet sometimes has melon and guava — quality can vary day to day, worth checking with staff whether the melon is supposed to be firm or ripe.
Watermelon and melon at the bar don't show up every day and run out fast — go early if you want to catch them.
The local light beer can hit you pretty fast — after about 3 cans some switch to wine instead to keep calories in check.
Don't expect much from the local alcohol quality-wise, but it won't ruin your day either. Among beers, Stella, Heineken, and Luxor are the more drinkable options.
