TL;DR
Experienced travelers often prefer the Hadaba district (close to Old Town) or Soho Square, while Naama Bay isn't for everyone and the Nabq area is rarely chosen.
The Hadaba district is great for walking — a large pedestrian zone within reach of Old Town. The Haynur area is a bit far to walk to, but still relatively close.
On the map: heading down leads to Hadaba, turning left leads to Old Town — enough walking distance to keep you busy for the whole trip.
Across multiple trips to Sharm, the Nabq area was almost never visited — travelers usually pick something closer to Old Town or the Soho area instead. Naama Bay was tried once but didn't feel like a good fit.
