Can you get bank service in English in Georgia (which banks have English-speaking staff)?

At Credo Bank a staff member spoke excellent English and the whole process was smooth. At TBC, though, the staff member knew neither Russian nor English — had to communicate via gestures and an online translator.

Any TBC Bank branch will serve you at least in English — staff may not speak Russian, but English is guaranteed.

In shops and banks you can start the conversation in English (after greeting in Georgian) — staff will often offer to switch to Russian themselves after a couple of sentences if they speak it.
