TL;DR
Homemade chacha in a bottle over 100 ml cannot go in carry-on luggage. It may be accepted in checked baggage if it is under 70% ABV, but unlabelled alcohol in a plastic bottle can be questioned by the airline or customs at your destination.
Carry-on liquid rules allow containers of no more than 100 ml, placed in a transparent bag of up to 1 litre. A 500 ml or 1.5 L bottle of chacha will be removed at security at Tbilisi Airport.
In checked baggage, alcoholic drinks between 24% and 70% ABV are generally limited to 5 litres per passenger. Chacha over 70% ABV is not permitted in either checked or carry-on baggage.
For homemade chacha, use tightly sealed bottles, wrap them well against leaks, and place them in checked luggage. Since an unlabelled drink has no verifiable ABV or contents, the airline and destination-country customs have the final decision.
