How to get a residence permit in Georgia by registering a business (sole proprietor or LLC)?

Sole proprietorship registration is done at the House of Justice; you can choose a tax regime right away, including the 1% small business status.

LLC registration can include full legal support, from drafting the charter to handing over the finished documents.

Support is also available for opening personal and business accounts at major Georgian banks, useful both for the business and for the later residence permit application.

The residence permit process itself is handled from document collection through to filing the application at the House of Justice.
