How to apply online for an Indonesia C1 tourist visa before traveling to Bali

The C1 application at evisa.imigrasi.go.id did not require flight tickets or hotel reservations. Prepare a properly photographed passport, a selfie, and a bank statement for the previous three months in English.

Submit the C1 application at least eight working days before arrival. A later application may not be processed in time and the paid fee may be lost; payment can be made with an international Visa or Mastercard.

For a stay of around 60 days, C1 can be more convenient than B1 because it avoids a separate extension for the second 30-day period and visits to an immigration office. Airlines or border staff in a transit country may also ask to see the C1 visa.
