Indonesia e-visa website not working — how to fix upload and form issues?

Another case from October 2026: a participant could not upload her passport for two days, and the only thing that worked was having her account accessed from Europe — from there everything uploaded.

In September 2026 a traveler whose passport scans would not upload paid for the visa in the All Indonesia app right after completing the arrival card. The form asks for your seat number, so he filled everything in after online check-in.

The app does not always work either: in mid-August 2026 a participant complained that All Indonesia kept crashing and would not let him finish the form, even with an Indonesian VPN. If the app fails, try again later or use the website.

Workaround via All Indonesia: in August 2026 participants wrote that when you fill in the arrival card on the All Indonesia site, it offers a visa at the end, and no passport photo is needed — you type the number in manually.

An experience from June 2026: a traveler applying for a Bali visa from St Petersburg wrote that the site only opened properly and worked once the VPN was off. If the scan upload hangs, it is worth switching the VPN off completely and trying again.

Check the passport issue date. The same traveler warned in June 2026 that when you confirm your details, the passport issue date field may be pre-filled with today's date. Change it by hand to the date in your passport; otherwise, he said, there may be problems and you might have to apply again.
