Are there shops and pharmacies within walking distance of hotels in Alanya, Turkey?

About a 15-minute walk from the hotel along the service road is the Grand Bazaar shopping-and-dining street; a Carrefour is reportedly located at its far end, though this was not personally confirmed.

In the opposite direction, a roughly 15-minute walk leads to a standalone three-storey LC Waikiki, souvenir shops, and a pharmacy reportedly staffed by a Russian-speaking pharmacist.

The shopping area includes Zara, Koton, Mavi, and DeFacto, as well as a pharmacy and small shops.

Another landmark for a market is the Sinatra Hotel; there used to be a currency-exchange office opposite it, but its current operation is unconfirmed.

Atatürk Boulevard has LC Waikiki, DeFacto, and other stores; the Alanyum shopping mall is a little farther away.

Recent report: walked to the bazaar from the hotel — exiting and turning left, it takes about 20-25 minutes on foot.

Update for one hotel: shops right across the street; walking right along the road for 10-15 minutes leads to more shops and a pharmacy, then further on a second pharmacy with shops. However, there is no Migros near this particular hotel.

One route: exit the main building toward the beach/second building, turn left, cross a small bridge, then there's a 2-story shopping center on the left, turn left again onto the main road — Migros and BIM are across the road there, with other shops (A101, Cok, Carrefour) on this side.

The hotel has its own small mini-shop with reasonable prices, so you don't need to bring anything — nearby within walking distance there's also a BIM, a small market, pharmacies, and LC Waikiki a bit further.

Another option: exit the hotel, cross the road and go left (with your back to the hotel) for about 500 meters — along the way is the Ginza Travel agency and a complex with various shops including Carrefour. Near the port (Liman), sweets are better bought at a shop located closer to the port itself, slightly off to the side.

There's a supermarket across the road, right after passing the Onkel hotel, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Near the hotels there are many shops, including grocery chains: Migros, Carrefour, BIM, and A-101. Pharmacies are also along the street with the shopping cluster. The best lira exchange rate can be gotten by making a purchase at Migros or LC Waikiki.

According to recent feedback (2026), traveling to the shopping mall for good deals is no longer as worthwhile as it was in 2022. However, Alanya itself has many interesting shops, including ones with quality clothing, reachable by bus in about 20 minutes.

If you leave the hotel toward the road and walk to the right, after about 10–15 minutes you’ll reach a small shopping complex and a pharmacy; a recognizable landmark is the canopy of colorful umbrellas. About 150 meters farther there is another similar cluster of shops and a second pharmacy, reportedly with a better grocery selection.

In the direction opposite Alanya, there is a shopping mall that is closer than Alanya itself; it was described as having an LC Waikiki and a small Migros. Some travelers got there for free using a tour-operator shuttle that drops people at a fur store, then returned by taxi or dolmuş.

In September 2026 a guest at one hotel described the surroundings: to the left there is a bazaar that looks more like a shopping centre, with no branded stores but with a pharmacy. Prices are not marked on the goods but are fixed — you can check them by scanning the barcode at a machine. To the right there is another bazaar, but it is farther away. For bigger shopping trips the advice was to take dolmuş No. 30, which stops by the hotel, to Avsallar, Konakli or Alanya.

Across from the hotel there is a large shopping centre with many Turkish chain stores, plus a market and pharmacies nearby. The hotel is situated right in the village, so everything is within walking distance.

Not everyone liked the selection in the shopping streets near the hotels. In August 2026 one traveler wrote that the shopping area with Zara, Koton and DeFacto had a poor range and did not feel like ordinary chain stores. Another noted that shops start right at the hotel and a Migros is within walking distance, but warned that not all nearby pharmacies are good.

In June 2026 a guest at one Alanya hotel praised its location: step outside the gate and there are hundreds of small shops right in front of you, so shopping fans do not have to go far.

A short walk from the hotel leads to a bazaar on one side and an Outlet mall on the other. The outlet has a pharmacy and a brand surplus store (formerly had a large Zara section, now more modest). UnionPay cards accepted at a good rate.

Bus #30 stops right at the hotel and runs in three directions: to Alanya city, Konakli, or Alara Bazaar — handy if you need a proper supermarket or specific items.

Alara Bazaar, the closest of the three bus destinations, has everything you need including a Migros supermarket open late.
