TL;DR
Antalya beaches can be dirty at the start of the season — expect debris, sticks, and stones on the sand. Çamyuva area is considered nicer, though the waterline has large rocks.
One traveler complained to hotel reception about a dirty beach (sticks, cigarette butts) for three days straight; only on the fourth day did staff start sifting the sand, and even then poorly. Reception claimed this guest was the only one complaining.
Out of 10 days, the beach was genuinely dirty only 3 times, and this wasn't tied to the time of season. Tip: head to the wild beach by the rocks — it's consistently clean, with a gentle water entry and sand.
Cleanliness near rocky entry points was inconsistent: near the water slide there was a lot of small plastic debris, but behind the breakwater it was clean with a good entry. On the last day, the situation flipped — the sandy area was dirty while the zone near the slide was clean.
Near the pier area, entering the water from the rocky section leads to clean sand further out — a workable option despite the rocky entry.
Even 5-star hotel beaches in Antalya were found unprepared at the season's start — sand littered with debris, sticks, and stones. Beaches had not been properly cleaned before the season opened.
Beach sand in the area is generally dirty, but Çamyuva stood out as a more pleasant spot. Note that the water entry there is rocky and can be rough on bare feet.
