TL;DR
Due to the surge of tourists in 2026, some Antalya all-inclusive hotels now have queues for breakfast/dinner and run out of quality alcohol faster; food quality is generally average — filling but not gourmet.
At Raga hotel (repeat visit), guests noticed a big increase in tourist numbers compared to last year — lunch and dinner restaurant queues appeared, and premium alcohol at the bar runs out much faster now.
Comparing hotel restaurants: Istanbul dining halls are nicer but crowded with no seats available; Antalya has plenty of seating, but the food quality is mediocre.
At Derin hotel, the menu is simple but filling: chicken prepared in different ways, fish, vegetables, greens, and fruits like watermelon, apples, and oranges. You won't go hungry.
After a week's stay at Derin, the restaurant menu starts to feel repetitive — the same limited set of dishes repeats daily without much variety.
