One traveler was disappointed with the room quality at this 5-star hotel and asked other guests whether this is a common issue or just bad luck with a specific room.

Due to overbooking, at least 4 families who arrived on an Anex tour package were temporarily relocated for one night to the nearby lower-tier Senza Garden hotel; everyone was moved back and checked into the main Resort building the next day.

Clarification: not all guests were relocated — only those who happened to be affected by overbooking on that particular check-in day.

Guest tip: if booking this hotel, pay extra upfront for a sea-view or pool-view room category, and carefully check what's actually being offered at check-in — otherwise there's a risk of getting a lower-quality room.
