TL;DR
Some beaches charge an entry fee (e.g. 100 lira per car) but include free loungers, umbrellas, and picnic areas. Others offer free loungers and umbrellas with no entry fee at all.
One beach charges 100 lira per car for entry, after which everything is included: umbrella, lounger, picnic gazebo, and toilets. Great value if you're driving.
On the pier, umbrellas don't provide great sun protection. Also, if you leave your spot, your umbrella may be moved by staff. By 7am the pier can already be full, while the main beach still has space.
Loungers and umbrellas are free. Towels are available with a deposit, and swapping them costs extra. Many hotel guests simply bring towels from their room.
