TL;DR
Food quality varies widely across Turkish all-inclusive hotels. Chicken is always available, but red fish and beef are rare. Some self-proclaimed 5-star hotels barely meet 4-star food standards.
A hotel marketed as 5-star fell short of even 4-star food quality. Meat was nearly absent — turkey and chicken were stewed with vegetables and hard to find among the sides. Non-meat eaters may have a better experience.
Food was decent overall: red fish was served twice over 8 days, along with beef, beef and lamb liver. Chicken was available daily. Dishes were consistently replenished — no one went hungry even late in the serving period. Compared to Grand Miramor in Kemer where food ran out last year, this was noticeably better.
Food was average — nothing special but edible. The main complaint was poor dishwashing: glasses in the evening were not properly cleaned, with one arriving with lipstick marks. Acceptable for the price on a short 5-day stay, but not worth returning to.
In November, at the end of the season, food was quite decent: enough meat, and fresh pomegranate stood out. The chef did a good job. Notably high-quality watermelons were a pleasant surprise for late season.
