What food is served at Dedeman in Turkey - are there fish, seafood, meat dishes, and fresh fruit?

The latest Dedeman update says food supply is adequate even when the hotel is busy. Dinner included grilled sea trout, lamb, and chicken, while the fruit selection featured watermelon, melon, oranges, apples, peaches, two kinds of plums, and grapefruit.

A report from the previous day noted no seafood apart from fish. Fruit available every day included watermelon, apricots, and apples, with cherries and peaches appearing on some days.

An earlier review also says the hotel had plenty of food and a broad selection, including both meat and fish dishes plus lots of greens and vegetables. No exotic fruit such as mango was seen, but the standard buffet choice seemed sufficient.
