TL;DR
Some Turkish hotels don't stock shampoo/shower gel in rooms (ask reception), bathroom storage space is minimal, hairdryers are weak and cycle on/off, and occasional power outages or elevator glitches can occur.
The bathroom had toiletry bottles and liquid soap in a dispenser, but toothbrushes were not provided.
Shampoo and shower gel aren't always provided in the room — ask reception in advance or bring your own toiletries.
Bathroom shelf space is very limited and there's no toothbrush cup — bring a small travel organizer or cup.
In-room hairdryers are often basic and weak, cycling on and off, though they don't overheat.
Short power outages can happen (AC and outlets shut off) and the hotel may run a noisy backup generator — breakfast and restaurant service usually continue as normal.
Elevators, especially near the top floors, can occasionally get stuck between floors and fail to reach the last floor — be prepared to wait.
Upper-floor balconies (e.g. 5th floor) tend to be larger but often lack an awning or roof, so you can't use them in the rain.
Restaurant tables are often placed very close together (little privacy), and plates can occasionally be chipped — just swap for another, supply isn't an issue.
Beach towels aren't always spotless despite being labeled 'fresh' daily; sunbeds are often reserved with belongings but left unused for hours, and bars sometimes run out of paper straws (switching to plastic) — worth knowing for your beach day.
