TL;DR
Villas have poor soundproofing — you can hear neighbors clearly. Block C facing the adjacent hotel is quieter from your own hotel's noise, but picks up music from next door; it gets afternoon shade and has a nice view.
Block C on the side facing the neighboring hotel (Zena) is largely shielded from your own hotel's entertainment noise. However, music from the neighboring property carries over clearly. Still preferable to having speakers directly below your balcony. Bonus: afternoon shade and a pleasant balcony view.
Villas differ noticeably in layout: Family-type villas have wide balcony doors and windows, while Standard and triple rooms have smaller windows and narrow doors. This affects both natural light and how much outside noise gets in.
Soundproofing in the villas is very poor: even with the balcony door closed, you can clearly hear neighbors chatting on the adjacent balcony at midnight. Light sleepers or noise-sensitive guests may want to avoid villa-style rooms.
