TL;DR
Villas (like Aquamarine) can be noisier due to neighboring hotel music until 2am. Main building has quieter rooms but they're not guaranteed on check-in.
The Aquamarine villa area turned out to be very noisy: a neighboring hotel blasts music with a DJ from 10am until at least 2am. Daytime naps are impossible, and at night you have to keep windows shut and rely on AC. The hotel's own disco is also audible some evenings. Crows start up around 4am.
The main building does have quieter rooms, but they're not guaranteed at check-in — you get whatever is available. Requesting a quiet room in advance doesn't always work.
Rooms near the Diamond building are close to the hotel's own disco, so quiet nights there are unlikely.
The Annex building also has noise issues — this appears to be a known characteristic of that section.
Occasionally there are quiet evenings when the amphitheater is unused and mini-disco is cancelled, but this is the exception rather than the rule.
