TL;DR
Yes, Kemer and nearby Avsallar are very walkable. The town center with the clock tower is about 800–1000m away, and Avsallar offers hours of walking with a market, mosque, and supermarkets.
There's a mountain with a flag/viewpoint near Kemer reachable on foot, but the trail is tough — goat paths, steep rocky climbs, a bit scary in places. Proper shoes (at least sneakers) are needed.
Behind one of the hotels there's Dim Cave — accessible on a short trip, with an inside route of about 310 meters one way and 50 meters the other.
For those who enjoy long walks: heading right from the hotel along a straight road, about an hour's walk leads to Beldibi Cave with beautiful elevated views.
You can visit Dalamtash Cave independently, take the cable car up, and walk around the fortress on top — highly recommended. Bus route 30 stops near the hotel and runs every 10 minutes.
Avsallar is extremely walkable — one couple regularly logged 23,000 steps a day there. The town has a beautiful mosque, a large market, and supermarkets including Migros and BIM. The nearby area of Türkler is also worth exploring.
Kemer town center is very walkable. The central clock tower landmark is roughly 800–1000 meters from most accommodation areas.
Day trips to ancient ruins near Kemer take around 2 hours each way with one stop. There isn't a lot of walking, but expect stairs, steps, and slippery stones inside the ruins.
