TL;DR

For typical tourist amounts, exchange rates are similar everywhere in Kemer, so there's little point shopping around; just check the live rate on your phone before exchanging.

For exchange and payments, bring current-design euro and US-dollar banknotes: euro coins and older US dollar notes may be refused.

The EUR/USD to lira rate keeps rising, so check the live rate on your phone right before exchanging instead of relying on last week's rate.

During an 8-day trip, no exchange points with significantly different rates were found — most currency exchange offices use roughly the same current rate.

Shopping around for a better exchange rate only makes sense for very large sums; for typical tourist amounts the rate difference is negligible and not worth the effort.
