Do hotels currently offer a shuttle to Dubai or Dubai Mall in the UAE?

According to a September 27 update, a shuttle to Dubai Mall runs daily with no advance booking: it leaves the hotel at 14:45 and departs Dubai Mall at 21:00.

At Rove, a free daily shuttle to Dubai Mall is available for the hotel’s own guests.

The hotel shuttle is restricted to the hotel’s own guests; guests staying at neighboring hotels cannot use the bus to Dubai Mall, even for an additional fee.

According to reception on September 9, the Dubai Mall shuttle was paid: AED 120 per person round trip, leaving in the morning and returning in the evening. Terms may change.

On the outbound trip toward Dubai, the bus stops near Ajman City Center; it does not make this stop on the return journey.

As of August 26, a free shuttle to Dubai Mall was confirmed with advance reservation required. For an August 28 trip, the approximate schedule given was departure from the hotel at 13:00 and return around 20:30.

As of August 18, it was confirmed there is currently no hotel transfer to Dubai Mall. Alternative options: tram + metro takes about 40 minutes (depending on wait times and walking speed), or taxi takes about 20 minutes.

On August 21, a traveler reported taking a private transfer (not hotel-run) to Dubai Mall for $120 round trip, as a paid alternative given the absence of a hotel shuttle.

As of early August, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Dubai Mall (by advance booking), as well as to Ajman City — updating earlier reports that no shuttle was running.

As of July 4, travelers were already looking for low-cost private transfers between emirates, such as from Dubai Airport to Abu Dhabi, which suggests hotel shuttle service should not be assumed and taxi or private transfer may be the safer backup plan.

In early July, guests reported no news about the return of the Dubai shuttle and said the hotel might currently have no shuttle service at all. Some linked this to low hotel occupancy.

On July 2, travelers were still checking whether the hotel shuttle to Dubai was operating, which usually means the service is either suspended or not running daily. It is best to confirm the schedule directly with reception before your trip.

On July 1, travelers specifically asked about a shuttle to Dubai Mall. This suggests that when a shuttle is available, it is usually framed as a mall trip rather than a full transport option around Dubai.

One guest said their tourists were told the shuttle, if running, went only to Dubai Mall, while people had to reach the beach on their own. So even when transport exists, it may cover just one stop and not include any beach transfer.

Another practical reply was more specific: there is no shuttle to the beach, and according to past guest experience there was not usually one to Dubai Mall either. The older hotel shuttle route mentioned by travelers was to Deira City Centre, where you could continue by metro.
