Which airlines are still flying to Dubai during Middle East airspace closures?

Emirates and Aeroflot use long-haul aircraft capable of rerouting around closed airspace without refueling, so they keep operating. FlyDubai, on the other hand, simply cancels flights when airspace closes.

Air Arabia is currently not operating any flights to the region at all.

Only Emirates is currently operating. FlyDubai may resume flights from August, but it's uncertain — if airspace stays closed, their aircraft can't operate without refueling stops. FlyDubai flights may be pulled from sale in August, and rebooking to another flight isn't guaranteed.
