Do Wyndham/Ramada hotel rooms in the UAE actually have balconies with a sea view, or just windows?

Update for one seafront hotel: balconies are not available in every room. In summer they are difficult to use because of the heat; they can serve for drying clothes, but a drying rack may not be provided.

At one property in the chain, the balconies are spacious — almost half the size of the room — and every single room has a sea view.

Wyndham does have balconies, but they're small — not really enough room to sit, mostly just to stand. At the so-called "black" Ramada, the balcony was standing-room only, though this may have depended on the specific room assigned.

A traveler noted that hotel photos show balconies, but when booking online only window rooms are offered — raising the question of whether you can actually get a room with a balcony and bay view.
