TL;DR
Even if official check-in is 2 PM, arriving early (around 8:30-9:30 AM) usually means the resort gives you all-inclusive wristbands right away, invites you to breakfast, and offers a room to change clothes while your room is being prepared.
At check-in, staff assign the room number right away on arrival day, but under the all-inclusive concept, alcohol at the bars is only served starting at 11:00 AM, not immediately upon arrival — early arrivers have to wait until then, though breakfast on the arrival day is usually still available.
The beach bar is free for all-inclusive guests until late, around 11 PM, while the pool bar closes earlier, around 6 PM — full dining/bar schedules are usually posted at reception or in the hotel app.
Arriving at 9:30 AM, guests were immediately invited to breakfast, shown a room to change clothes, given all-inclusive wristbands, and allowed to head to the beach and get drinks at the bar while waiting for the room; the room itself was ready by 12:30 PM.
Arriving around 8:30 AM, even though official check-in was only at 2 PM, the hotel checked guests into their room just 10 minutes after arrival, though the all-inclusive wristbands were issued later, around 1 PM.
