TL;DR
Travelers report that a strong morning low tide can last until around 1 pm, leaving a muddy, seaweed-covered entry into the water. Swimming is generally more comfortable after 1 pm, when the sea starts coming back in.
On 2 August, the water was reported to be very clear. During the previous 3.5 days, only occasional patches of light brown foam had been seen, rather than a persistent issue.
As reported on 22 July, the water kept receding from the morning until about 1 pm. During low tide, the shoreline entry was muddy and covered with seaweed; the tide began returning after 1 pm.
On 18 July, the morning low tide was particularly noticeable, with water already very shallow by 11 am. Seaweed was present despite beach cleaning, so arriving closer to the incoming tide is a more comfortable option.
