TL;DR
After landing, catch the first shuttle bus to the terminal and be among the first off it — this gets you through immigration in about 30 minutes; otherwise the wait can be much longer.
Taxis from the airport sometimes have to detour or even turn back — the road can be blocked for military drills (naval exercises), so build in extra time for possible delays.
After landing, passengers are bused to the terminal — try to get on the first bus and be among the first to exit it, so you're not last in the immigration line; this way you clear passport control in about 20-30 minutes. Early morning weekday flights (e.g. Wednesday) go especially fast when several control desks are open.
Without knowing the drill, you can waste a lot of time: staff may direct you the wrong way, and you'll end up having to catch a bus to Terminal 1 after already standing in a huge queue.
