How to get from Da Nang airport to Ba Na Hills hotel?

You can arrange a Ba Na Hills trip with the taxi driver who brings you from the airport, including unlimited waiting time. One reported price for this was 650,000 VND.

A common practice now is to arrange the taxi in advance: you send the driver your flight number, they send back their car number, and the driver waits for you right at the exit — no need to look for a taxi on arrival.

Some taxi drivers on the way to Ba Na Hills insist you buy tickets through them, claiming tickets can't be bought at the entrance itself. This causes confusion about where the driver is actually taking you. Be cautious — buy tickets only at the official ticket counter at the Ba Na Hills entrance.

At Da Nang airport, there is a Grab counter at the exit of Terminal 2 where staff can book a car to your hotel for you, making airport transfer arrangements easier right after arrival.

Private taxi drivers at the airport show you the Grab app price to your hotel upfront. The actual fare was only 10,000 VND more than a morning Grab ride — a negligible difference.

Even with checked baggage you can make it in time by taxi. The airport shuttle runs only every 30 minutes, so skip it and take a taxi right outside the terminal.

If you're staying at a Ba Na Hills hotel, the taxi drops you at the cable car bus departure point. Find a uniformed staff member and tell them you're a hotel guest — they'll send an electric cart to take you to the cable car, issue a discounted ticket, and escort you through a priority lane.
