TL;DR
If your Vietnam e-visa is missing or expired before departure, immigration offices open at 9am — no faster options exist. Flying out and back in is not a valid workaround and may result in an exit fine.
Immigration offices close in the evening and reopen no earlier than 9am. If your visa is missing the night before your flight, there is no way to resolve it until morning — regardless of urgency or willingness to pay.
If you haven't arranged a Vietnam e-visa and your flight is tomorrow for a 60-day stay, flying out and immediately returning is not a valid workaround. Departing without proper documentation may result in a fine at the border.
If your Vietnam e-visa disappears or gets cancelled the day before flying to Da Nang, check its status immediately via the official e-visa portal and contact immigration first thing in the morning.
