Which ATMs in Da Nang accept foreign cards (UnionPay, Mir)?

UnionPay cards, participants said in August–October 2026, work at payment terminals that support this network. A Russian-issued UnionPay card from Rosselkhozbank, according to their lists of payment options, can be used both to withdraw cash and to pay, though it is not accepted everywhere.

Withdrawing cash with a yuan-denominated card is expensive, according to a participant in June 2026: the fee is 70 yuan. In their view, paying via Bybit or by QR code from a banking app is better value.

As advised in June 2026, right after exiting Da Nang airport turn left: next to the fast-food area there is a Vietcombank ATM where you can withdraw cash with a UnionPay card. After that, according to the participant, it is better value to withdraw in central Da Nang at VRB ATMs, which accept Mir payment cards.
