If connecting via Hanoi: clear immigration and collect baggage at Terminal 2, then walk to Terminal 1 to re-check in for your domestic flight — luggage is not automatically transferred between terminals. At Cam Ranh itself, most domestic connections land at the same Terminal 2, so fast-track usually isn't needed, except if arriving on a Singapore flight just 30 minutes before your connection.
