How does check-in work for Vinpearl island hotels in Nha Trang?

Check-in happens at the shared mainland reception near the cable car station. Guests are photographed for a face-recognition system that covers not just the cable car and boat, but also the electric shuttle that takes guests from the island dock to their hotel. Luggage can be left at reception and will be delivered directly to the guest's room.

At check-out, guests leave their luggage at the hotel reception on the island; it is then transported back to the shared mainland reception near the cable car, where it can be picked up before departure.

If the hotel booking includes Vinwonders Nha Trang park access, guests can arrive at any time on the first day and enter the park starting from 8:30 AM. On the second day, after checking out of the room, park entry remains available until 12:00 PM.
