TL;DR
You can normally take fresh fruit from Nha Trang in checked luggage; for entry into Russia, keep plant products to a total of 5 kg per person unless you have a phytosanitary certificate. Alcohol is duty-free up to 3 litres; 3–5 litres is allowed with duty.
When flying from Cam Ranh Airport (CXR), pack mangoes, dragon fruit, longan, rambutan or mangosteen in a sturdy box and check it in. For entry into Russia, the combined allowance for fresh fruit, vegetables and other plant products is up to 5 kg per traveller without a phytosanitary certificate.
Avoid buying durian for the flight: many airlines do not allow it in either cabin or checked baggage because of its smell. Whole coconuts may also be refused on flights from Cam Ranh, so check your airline’s policy; dried mango, coffee and sealed sweets are safer souvenirs.
Carry alcohol—such as Vietnamese rum, rice wine or liqueur—in checked baggage if bottles are over 100 ml. Russia allows up to 3 litres per adult duty-free; 3–5 litres must be declared and duty paid, while more than 5 litres is not permitted for personal use.
