How to book a 2-day Da Lat overnight tour from Nha Trang if the tour group is not confirmed

From messages by 2 participants in 1 source · Last activity: 7 days ago

TL;DR

A 2-day Da Lat trip from Nha Trang may depend on minimum group numbers even when Da Lat hotels have availability. Before changing your hotel booking, ask whether departure is confirmed for your date; if it is cancelled, request a new date, a day trip, or a deposit refund.

When booking a 2-day Da Lat tour, check both hotel availability and whether the tour group has reached its minimum size for your date. Available rooms do not automatically mean that a group departure is confirmed.

If the overnight departure is not confirmed, the practical options are moving to a date with a confirmed group, taking a one-day Da Lat trip, or receiving a full deposit refund.

Do not cancel your Nha Trang accommodation until the overnight itinerary is finally confirmed. If one operator cannot confirm the trip, check other local providers for departures on the same date.
