How to buy tickets to Vinpearl Park in Nha Trang and how to get there?

In an October 5 report, a traveller described booking the island Marriott through a Vietnamese agency in May. She recalled paying approximately US$150 for accommodation with two days of park admission. On the first day, she could arrive early, leave luggage at reception and visit the park before checking in, then return for the evening show. On the second day, she needed to re-enter the park before noon to stay for the rest of the day.

For some ticket types, Trip.com was cheaper than the official app; compare the price of the same package in both services before paying.

A Fast Pass for the alpine coaster can be bought inside the park for 150,000 VND at a counter on the right on the way to the ride. It is particularly useful because the coaster queue may last all day; a roller-coaster Fast Pass costs 200,000 VND, though queues there were short around 4 pm.

With an online Trip.com booking, use the QR code at the separate Online Booking window to the left of the regular ticket counters; the queue there is usually much shorter, around 1–2 people.

Tickets can also be bought on site: Russian-speaking staff are available at the counters, and payment was successfully made with an RSHB UnionPay card. A VIP ticket option is also available there.

Trip.com offers a VinWonders ticket that includes Fast Track; no standalone Fast Track option was found in the discussion.

The alpine coaster (luge) ticket can be purchased directly inside the park.

Some specific ticket types/packages are not available on Trip.com — they can only be purchased through the official Vinpearl app.

The zipline is located inside the park, so a zipline ticket alone isn't enough — you must also have the main park entry ticket, otherwise you won't be allowed in.

If you want to buy the zipline add-on at VinWonders, don’t wait in the main queue at the central entrance. Go straight to the separate zipline ticket booth off to the right. It’s best to be there around opening time, about 8:30 am, to improve your chances of getting a ticket or one of the limited free slots.

The standard (cheapest) VinWonders ticket already covers a great deal: round-trip cable car, water park, rides, zoo, botanical park (including one air-conditioned dome), aquarium, Ferris wheel, 3D/4D cinema, bird shows (twice daily), fountain show, palace shows, and the island shuttle bus. Only the zipline costs extra (check separately about the luge). Air-conditioned spots — aquarium, one botanical dome, Ferris wheel, and cinema — are good for escaping the heat.

Cable car pricing for reference: a cable car-only round trip costs around 200,000 VND, while a full park combo ticket is around 700,000 VND — making the all-inclusive package significantly better value.

If booking through Trip.com for a specific date (e.g. a birthday), check the date-change policy before paying — some visitors worry tickets are non-transferable if the weather turns bad. Confirm whether the date can be shifted before completing the purchase.

The easiest way to buy tickets for two is through the official Vinpearl website, where you can choose your package (park only, park + water park, etc.) and pay online, avoiding queues on arrival.

If you prefer not to book online, local travel agencies along the waterfront or hotel tour desks sell Vinpearl tickets and day trips — prices are similar, sometimes slightly higher, but they handle everything for you.

There are two ways to reach Vinpearl Island: by cable car (one of the world's longest over-sea cable cars) or by ferry. Both depart from the Nha Trang waterfront, and the cable car ride is typically included in the ticket price.

Vinpearl has several zones: a theme park with rides, a water park, an aquarium, and a beach. Before buying, decide what you want to visit — there are all-inclusive combo tickets and separate packages available.

One-day Vinpearl excursions can also be booked through platforms like Klook or GetYourGuide, which often offer discounts and easy card payment.
