How to get from Nha Trang to Doc Let beach by bus No. 12 or minibus from Galina Hotel?

A reply dated 29 August identifies bus No. 12 and minibuses from Louisiane restaurant or Galina Hotel, with the bus timetable displayed at Galina. An earlier reply also notes that the bus may run a few minutes either side of the posted time.

According to one participant, minibuses at Galina leave once they are full. Roughly every half-hour or more often was the participant’s estimate, not a published timetable. That estimate should not be treated as the schedule for bus No. 12.

Getting back by minibus. In August 2026 travelers who had arrived by minibus said theirs would leave the beach at 13:45. Another participant replied that there is no need to wait for that particular one: many other minibuses leave the beach later. That day, according to the visitors, there were no jellyfish and no big waves at the beach.

According to a traveler report, the bus from the Miracle Luxury hotel area to GM Doc Let takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. The return journey from Doc Let to the Champa Island area took roughly 1 hour 5 minutes.

Stops in the centre and south of the city. In October 2026 someone staying near the Hyatt Regency was pointed to a mandatory stop of bus No. 12-1 to Doc Let by Mia café. A closer stop opposite Vincom Plaza exists, but it is a request stop: the bus may pull over if you wave clearly at the driver. For the northern part of the city, participants in July 2026 suggested boarding at Galina or Louisiane, or finding the stop on the bus route nearest to where you stay.

When to go. A traveler advised in July 2026 to leave for Doc Let early in the morning — on the second or third departure, before 07:30 — and return between 12:00 and 13:30, when the return bus is still uncrowded. Apart from hotel grounds, there is nowhere to sit out the middle of the day, he said: by the water the risk of sunburn is high even on a sunbed under an umbrella.

A shared-trip offer posted on 12 June quoted 250,000 VND per person for the return journey to TTC Resort Doc Let. That particular trip was planned to leave at 08:00 and return at 16:00–17:00. It was the price of that shared trip, not a standing fare or shuttle timetable.
