Havana Hotel is not recommended: no balconies or clothes drying facilities, poor and repetitive breakfast (mainly omelettes or Chinese food), small rooftop pool on the 5th floor, dirty windows, and a construction site next door. Reception staff can be rude. Positives include daily cleaning, fresh towels, and an underpass to the beach — though the underpass rarely gets used in practice. Novotel is suggested as a better alternative.
