TL;DR
Start with the water park before 10am, then the aquarium and zoo. Buy tickets on Tripcom (~4000 RUB) which include fast track for 3 attractions (alpine coaster, 5D flight, river ride) to skip long queues.
The 5D flying cinema is highly recommended. The alpine coaster requires a fast track — without it expect a 2.5-hour queue. Visiting around 5pm offers the best views, though the ride itself is considered average.
The water park rates about 7/10 — tall slides are good, queues manageable. The aquarium is underwhelming (5/10). The zoo is best visited in the afternoon when it's less crowded.
Optimal day route: water park at opening (9:45am) → aquarium → lunch → zoo (~2pm) → fast track for 3 rides → hilltop attractions → Ferris wheel at sunset. Expect ~20 min queue for the Ferris wheel.
Tickets via Tripcom cost around 4000 RUB and include fast track for the 3 busiest attractions: alpine coaster, 5D flight, and river ride. The ~1000 RUB premium over a standard ticket is well worth it for the time saved.
In the aquarium, don't follow the main staircase up — there's nothing interesting there. The highlight is to the left and downstairs: a curved underwater tunnel that's cool and atmospheric.
Buggies run throughout the park and are included in the ticket price, with designated stops marked by signs. However, wait times can be long, so many visitors prefer to walk.
Cable car: guests staying at Vinpearl hotels get priority boarding in one direction. The return trip uses the regular queue, which can be the longest wait of the entire day.
