Which beaches near Nha Trang have the best facilities and clearest water (Hon Tam, Vinpearl, Cam Ranh)?

Nha Trang's main city beach has paid sun loungers, and shade can be found under café canopies or scattered trees along the promenade — there's no continuous shade along the whole beach.

Water near Vinpearl is usually clear, but on some days (especially in summer) plankton or jellyfish can appear. Because of this, some travelers split their stay between the Vinpearl area and Cam Ranh, where beaches are reported to be cleaner.

At Hon Tam island the seabed is rocky in places, so it's recommended to bring water shoes for swimming — walking in barefoot can be uncomfortable.
