How to find and book hotels in Phu Quoc on Trip.com?

In an October 8, 2026 report, a traveller said her requested booking change could not be arranged. The reservation was cancelled, her payment was refunded, and she received bonus coins. She immediately booked another hotel that she considered better, although it was more expensive. Resolving the issue took a lengthy exchange of messages.

On Trip.com you can choose to pay at the hotel, but the booking amount is immediately frozen on your card. Once you pay in person at check-in or check-out, the hold is released.

When searching on Trip.com, use filters for travel dates, amenities (breakfast, balcony, sea view/proximity), and price range. Prices vary with demand, so check availability in real time for accurate rates.

Trip.com is useful because it shows hotel locations on a map, room photos, verified guest reviews, and the year the property was built or last renovated.
