TL;DR
Yes — travelers report that all-inclusive restaurant menus in Egypt can shrink or change within 6-12 months, with items like red fish and blue cheese disappearing, and dish quality (e.g. crab) sometimes disappointing.
In early March the hotel had a good menu: cured red fish and a wide cheese selection including blue cheese. But according to recent reviews the menu has since been cut down — disappointing.
Last year the hotel's fish restaurant wasn't great — the menu may have changed. Plan to check it in person in September.
Visited the hotel in September — a lot can change in half a year. Didn't like the smell of the crab dishes at the main restaurant.
