At check-in guests get a hotel info sheet with a QR code for restaurant bookings. You enter your room number and arrival/departure dates. Booking slots open daily after 16:00 and only for 2 days ahead, so it's recommended to book immediately or you may miss out on availability.
According to other guests, you can also sign up directly at the restaurant itself — they offer time slots from 19:00 onward. Multiple visits to the same restaurant are allowed during the stay.
Queues at a la carte restaurants are mainly an issue at dinner. In theory you can book different restaurants for each of your 7 nights, but availability can still be limited.
