How to book à la carte restaurants at all-inclusive hotels in Egypt (and which days they're closed)

Some restaurants only allow booking 1 day ahead, others allow 2 days — check the specific rules for each restaurant in advance.

On Fridays many hotel restaurants are closed, including popular ones like Aqua and Beach — if you're planning something special like a birthday, pick another day or check ahead.

Reserve via the hotel reception or the hotel app; you can book up to a week ahead, but the deadline is 3 PM on the same day if you want a table that evening. Sometimes certain à la carte options are unavailable on the day itself.
